Fourth of July

My fourth has been fun so far. I have had the apartment all to myself! :D So I can just do whatever. Which is what I have been doing.

So I went to Wal-Mart to pick up some groceries, and I found Dragonheart for ten bucks! Awesome! I love that movie. That combined with triple chocolate ice cream makes a great evening. JC is going to be happy that I found Dragonheart, we both have been looking for it for ages.

Hmmm....

Church is a very important thing. Everyone knows that. For example, when I first started going to WCC I learned that I had an invisible wife named Annie. I would never have known this if it weren't for the nice little labels on the Church mailings that said they were for "David and Annie Reagan." Well, can you believe it? I just found out that I have a kid! Why else would my invisible wife get an invitation to a "Young Moms Life Journaling" group?

Amazing, huh?

Just found a new game

I was surfing around looking for interships with some game company and stumbled across And Yet It Moves, a game made by some students. It's pretty impressive. Only two levels, but well worth the download. I can only hope I come up with something like that for the game I will have to make.... Check it out.

Problems With Images and Egos

Problems With Images and Egos

by David Reagan

I was going back to my rooms after dealing with some petty bureaucrats when Arioch stopped me. “Shadrach, I just learned what that secret project of the Kings is.”

“Oh? Good, it sure has been using up the treasury, what is it?”

“The King has made a gold image of himself and is going to set it up on the plains, everyone is to worship it, or they will die.”

“Oh, great. This is not good.”

I was in the middle of some routine trans universal paperwork when my communications curtain chimed. Thankful for the break, I jumped up and answered it. Flickering there in the folds was my old frined. He was something like an old friend, but somewhat different. “Well, hello there my old frined!” I greeted him. “What brings you to my draperies?”

“Hey you old wizard! You gypped me!”

Vectors: You Really Do Need Them

Vectors: You Really Do Need Them by David Reagan, February 13, 2006

I was floating in the void between galaxies looking at one of the strangest sights I had ever seen. Now I had visited over eight thousand universes before this one, but had never encountered a race so advanced, yet so far behind as the Linesmen. Floating just in front of me was the largest tape measure factory I had ever seen... It was literally the size of the Milky Way galaxy. Yes, you heard right, it was as big as a galaxy.

How To Become A Dwarf

How To Become A Dwarf:

A Short Story

by David Reagan, December 28, 2005

I am not easily surprised by anything. Nearly ten thousand years of traveling the multiverse will make a mockery of the word “normal”. But this Elf had shocked me enough that it took nearly two picoseconds to recover. I cleared my throat, “So, Mister Elf, you want to become a Dwarf?”

Said Mister Elf nodded eagerly, “Yes, yes!”
