Lava fields lead up to Mt. Washingtion.

Another vist of the North and Middle Sisters.

Dee Wright Observatory looks like a mini castle made from lava. Inside you can see the different mountains through windows with the mountains names on under them.

The trees that dot the lava fields are stunted due to lack of nutrients, but they are hardy little things.
